How the customer should proceed:

Preparation and Connection: The customer must connect the diagnostic device to the OBD2 port and ensure a good internet connection. This will allow our technicians to adjust the power and torque parameters remotely and safely.

Instructions and Guides: The technician will guide the customer through each step, monitoring the engine system and adjusting the necessary parameters to obtain maximum performance.
