To provide full diagnostic support and active fault clearance, we will connect to the customer's truck via the OBD2 port using dedicated diagnostic tools. During this connection, detailed active and inactive fault codes will be retrieved and these records will be printed out so that the customer has a complete report on the vehicle's condition.
Once the fault codes have been identified, our specialist will guide the customer through the repair or maintenance process required to correct the causes of the detected faults. This may include replacing parts, adjusting systems or settings, always with clear instructions and practical guidance.
To ensure that all faults have been resolved, we will perform a new analysis of the codes after the intervention. This second check confirms that the faults have effectively been eliminated and that the vehicle system is in perfect working order.
How the customer should proceed:
- Connection : Make sure the truck is in a location with stable internet coverage and the vehicle is turned off. Connect the device to the OBD2 port.
- Online Guidance : After connection, the customer must follow the live instructions provided by our specialist, who will access the system remotely for diagnosis and fault elimination.
- Repair Implementation : The customer will be guided through the repair and informed of the steps to correct the causes of the fault codes.
- Final Verification : The customer will follow the process of re-analysis of the codes, confirming the elimination of the faults and the return of the vehicle to its ideal performance.
This complete process ensures that, even remotely, faults are diagnosed and resolved accurately, offering the customer the peace of mind of a professional and efficient service.
